FAQ's

How long does it does it take for delivery of my panel?  From when we receive your images it will take around three weeks for delivery. This can vary depending on time of year, workload etc. Non-standard sized panels will normally take longer.

Do the pictures I send have to be square?   No, you can send any shape. We crop the pictures to make them into uniform squares. Certain pictures aren't suitable to be cropped, such as group scenes at a wedding where people are at both edges of the photo.

Should I send any extra pictures? It is a good idea to send a few spare photos in case one of your chosen pictures doesn't crop very well or is of poor quality.

Is there a discount if I order more than one panel?  Yes. If you order an identical copy at the same time then the second panel would receive a 30% discount. 

What size of picture can I send?  You can send a mixture of sizes from passport photos upto A4.

Can I send a mixture of paper and digital photos?  You can send digital, paper, slides and negatives or a mixture of them all.

How should I send my photos?  We recommend that original photos are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is guaranteed delivery for the next day and can be tracked. If you are sending digital pictures only then these should be on a disc or memory stick, backed up on your computer, and then can be sent by normal post. You can also bring photos into us at our studio at 120 Regent Street , Leamington Spa.

When do I get my original photos back?  These will be sent back separately, normally once you have received your panel.

Do I get to see a proof before the panel is printed?  Yes. We send a low resolution proof to you for approval before we go to print. Remember to use a secure email address if the panel is a surprise for a family member!

Can I have a different sized panel or more images than those examples shown?  Yes. The sizes on our website are our standard sizes. If you would like something that we do not show then please ask for a quote.

Can the panels be exported?  Yes. We can export worldwide, please ask for a quote.

How do I pay?  Payment should be made at the time of ordering either by cheque made payable to Life in Squares or by bank transfer to  - sort code 40 27 06 account number 72156164 and use your name as a reference. Card payments can also be made over the phone 01926 888440.
